Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SubCashFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SubCashFlow is a SaaS analytics platform that connects to your Stripe account to calculate and display MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue), ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue), and related subscription metrics. We calculate revenue from actual invoice payments rather than subscription list prices, giving you accurate figures after coupons, discounts, and failed charges.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
4. Stripe API Key Usage
To use the Service, you provide your Stripe API key. By doing so, you:
- Authorize us to access your Stripe account data (subscriptions, invoices, customers) in read-only capacity
- Confirm you have the authority to grant this access for your Stripe account
- Understand your API key is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored securely
- Can revoke access at any time by removing your API key from your dashboard settings or by rotating your key in the Stripe dashboard
We recommend using a restricted API key with read-only permissions for subscriptions, invoices, and customers.
5. Your Data
You retain all rights to your data. We process your Stripe data solely to provide the Service. We act as a data processor on your behalf when handling your customers' personal data (e.g., customer emails). See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use the Service to compete directly with SubCashFlow
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
7. Payment and Billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party providers (Stripe, Supabase, Vercel) and their availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by these providers or by scheduled maintenance.
9. Accuracy of Data
While we strive for accuracy, MRR and revenue calculations are provided for informational purposes. They should not be used as the sole basis for financial reporting, tax filings, or regulatory compliance. You are responsible for verifying figures against your Stripe dashboard and accounting records.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubCashFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SubCashFlow harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can delete your account from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SubCashFlow operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
